OUR PROVIDERS
Dr. Obinna Oriaku received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in September 1999. He began his medical education at the University of Benin, Nigeria. An outstanding academic record earned him a scholarship which enabled him to complete part of his medical education at the University of Sheffield, England. He then proceeded to work for several years in Trinidad and Tobago as a medical officer, gaining valuable, wide ranging experience in general internal medicine & surgery. He received his residency training at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York City. He has been practicing in the Charlotte area since 2000. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the North Carolina Medical Society. Dr. Oriaku is married to Ngozi Oriaku. They have three sons, Obi jr., Ugo & Ikenna. |
